Secret Council is for what?

the secret council is a council that who will choose the recipient of the two special awards and it follows

• most progressive ideas of the month
• most idiosyncratic designer of the month  (means unique)

and they will only work for a month we change the member of the council very other month

and this is the work of a real council member!
